  • Amla Juice has become quite popular in recent years. It is a simple recipe that serves as a detoxifying drink. Mix 30 ml of Grenera amla Juice to 3 parts of water takes twice daily. You can add Honey, salt or sugar as per your taste. It can also be refrigerated for a few days.
